Prior to founding FMConsulting in 1999, Peter managed a sales engineering group in MAN Technology AG in Munich, Germany before relocating to Turkey in 1994.

Peter took overall responsibility for establishing MAN Enerji Sistemleri Ltd., a Turkish energy company belonging to the MAN Group. Peter built the company into a successful 10 million Euro turnover company of 36 employees.

Yesim F. Tektasli, Partner, CFO

Yesim graduated from the University of Munich and her thesis, entitled "Turkey's way to a free market economy" studied the changing face of Turkish business and economics. In 1996, she came to Turkey as Commercial Project Manager for MAN Enerji Sistemleri Ltd. Sti., (Istanbul, Turkey).

She specialised in the operational and financial business of Turkish foreign trade and foreign capital companies and became co-founder of FMConsulting in 1999. Yesim heads FMConsulting's Finance Department which is responsible also for all Business and Finance Administration Services.
